Tom’s of Maine is a leading natural products company focused on oral and personal care products, carrying high quality toothpaste, mouthwash, dental floss, antiperspirant, deodorant, bar soap, lip balm and baby shampoo and lotion products. Tom’s of Maine has an exciting new line of cleansing products that is effective, pure and affordable. You’re going to love them!
This is a big deal in my house. With a husband and two kids who have particularly sensitive skin. They complain often about how uncomfortable it is to have cracked and dry skin. So I seek out natural ingredients in their products but with prices that won’t break the bank.
By this I mean ingredients such as virgin coconut oil, raw shea butter, and Moroccan argan oil, which help to reduce inflammation while moisturizing the skin and boosting the production of new skin cells. Argan oil is also high in vitamin A, vitamin E, anti-oxidants, Omega-6 fatty acids, and linoleic acid. Coconut oil contains antimicrobial and antifungal properties, along with antioxidants and healthy fatty acids. Raw Shea Butter makes the skin feel smooth while increasing the production of collagen.
Already a fan their toothpaste, mouthwash, and deodorant, I’m super excited to be sharing my new working partnership with Tom’s of Maine. Knowing that what you put on your skin is as important as what you put in your body, the brand just introduced a new line of naturally inspired cleansing products and it is already a hit in my home. As always, their ingredients, processing, and packaging meet rigorous standards for being natural, sustainable, and responsible, while their products remain affordable for everyone.
The three new natural fragrances come in calming lavender, refreshing coconut, and energizing orange. (My boys love the orange scent!) Each one has been formulated to help maintain moisture in a gentle formula that leaves skin feeling soft and smooth.
They are free of artificial fragrances or preservatives, and specially formulated to be gentle on skin. Best of all, while many natural body washes retail for upwards of $17 or more, the Tom’s of Maine natural moisturizing body washes retail for about $6.99 (though I just found them on sale for even less at Target).
Tom’s of Maine also added to its lineup a newly formulated Natural Beauty Bar. Available in Creamy Coconut, Lavender Tea Tree, Orange Blossom, and Morning Mint, the bars are triple milled formula for a rich and creamy lather. They’re newly formulated to cleanse and maintain skin’s natural moisture, keep cleansing simple and gentle. The palm oil used is Rainforest Alliance Certified to keep it as eco-friendly as possible. The 5 oz. bars cost about $3.99.
Several of the ingredients in the bar and body wash are fair trade certified and organic. Like all Tom’s of Maine products, the new cleanser line comes in 100% recyclable packaging. It is never tested on animals and contains no animal ingredients. And as always, Tom’s of Maine gives 10% of its profits back to organizations that support people and the planet.
Both the moisturizing body wash and the natural beauty bars also come in a fragrance free version for sensitive skin, made with organic Aloe Vera.
