If you follow this site regularly, you may already know that I am incredibly proud to be an ambassador for Aventura clothing for the second year in a row. This socially responsible eco-friendly clothing brand stands for everything that is important to me. Plus, they make real clothes for real people with real bodies.
A family owned lifestyle apparel brand based in Nevada, Aventura clothing designs are sustainable and comfortable with an active focus while being thoughtful to both people and the environment. Made with a low environmental impact, the stylish, eco-friendly clothing styles show women that purchasing sustainable fabrics doesn’t mean your outfits have to look frumpy or feel itchy. In fact, it’s completely the opposite.
The company walks the talk too, taking environmental stewardship within their facilities seriously too, with initiatives that reduce their corporate carbon footprint.
As an ambassador, I received a few items from the spring line to try out for myself. Then on my own, I purchased the remainder of my spring/summer wardrobe from AventuraClothing.com. The first 20 people to comment on this post with their favorite item from AventuraClothing.com will receive a 60% off coupon code, so you can get it (and a few other items too) for yourself! Here are some of my favorites:
Last year I bought the Sinclair skirt, and loved it so much I wanted this year’s colors too. It is casual, comfortable, and the length is perfect.
This year I also got the Avaline reversible skirt in black. One side has a cute geometric pattern, while the other side is a beautiful solid Damson color. It can dressed up and to a luncheon or event, or dressed down with sandals for everyday wear.
I purchased he Keeva skort in black this year, and will be ordering it on other colors for sure. It has the coverage of shorts, but can be worn as activewear too. It has just enough spandex to fit well without cutting off one’s circulation, allowing you to move freely and comfortably, without fear of being over-exposed.
This summer I will be wearing the two Rory dresses I now have over and over (and over) again. They are made from organic cotton, and are another one of those pieces that can be worn to run errands or out to dinner with friends.
The Zoelle dress is gorgeous. That is all. If you need a dress for a shower or lawn party, this is a great addition to your summer wardrobe.
Last year I saw all of these adorable maxi skirts and dresses around town, but I was never quite sure that I could pull it off. Well, the Charlize maxi dress is incredibly comfortable AND quite flattering too. Mine is at the tailor being shortened (to fit the height-challenged) at the moment, but I CANNOT wait to wear it.
I have already gotten quite a bit of use out of the two Dorian tank tops I ordered. It’s feminine yet comfortable, and pairs really well with the Keeva skort.
If you need a few staples I HIGHLY recommend the Kyle wrap and the Bienne tank. I rave all the time about the Kyle wrap because I have several of them stashed around. They are lightweight enough to fit in a purse and heavy enough to keep you warm when you walk into a highly air conditioned space. I never travel without one (and even keep one in my car), though you should note that the Black is more of a charcoal color. The Bienne tank is incredibly comfortable, and a terrific staple for layering.
Guess what? Sign up for weekly email and get 10% off your first order as a new subscriber. Aventura clothing also offers free shipping for orders of $125 or more.
So, you probably want that 60% off coupon now, don’t you?? Just tell me in the comments which piece from here or from the site is your favorite! As mentioned, the first 20 people to comment will get to shop at 60% off!
