I am more of an introvert, always more on the side of reflective and reserved. Fortunately, my closer friends get that about me, and I am so appreciative for that. They don’t see me as rude, and certainly not as shy. They simply understand that sometimes I need time to myself, and other times I am caught up with my thoughts in my own head.
Introverts are not necessarily shy or insecure. They simply process stimuli differently. Quieter times and more predictable situations are preferable, because they tend to be a bit more sensitive to external stimulation. As a parent, I am raising one introvert and one extrovert. The differences are astounding at times. We do our best to get them comfortable in any situation, but natural tendencies always come through.

Clarity™ promotes a clear mind and alertness, which could help an introvert stay focused on others in situations where they might want to retreat into their own minds. It contains stimulating oils including peppermint and rosemary, which have been used for many years to promote mental sharpness.
