Today I am committing to getting back on track with my fitness and weight loss, again. I don’t know what happened. Prior to having kids I was a gym rat. I lost the weight after both pregnancies but for the past year and a half I have not been kind to myself. In the past six months I have started and stopped, oh about 5 or so times. This is not a matter of not knowing what to do. This is merely a matter of being too lazy to commit for the long run.
This time it’s different. Last weekend my mom, sister and I decided that we are all going to do this weight loss thing together.
Never mind that we are in different states. We are going to check in with one another every Monday to keep ourselves accountable and to bring some friendly competition in the mix.
I am a little nervous because I have a lot of work ahead of me. Yet I know that the accountability will motivate me. At least I hope it does.
So, do you have any quick fat burning, weight loss tips to share (besides the obvious diet and exercise)? I am facing some fierce competitors…
