The Element Associates Social Suite at Blogger Bash

Last Friday I attended Blogger Bash in New York City. Frankly it had been a little while since I’d attended a blogger event. I was looking forward to catching up with my online friends in real life.

Though I had a great time at the KidVuz party, I have to shout it out to Element Associates for one heck of an event at the Element Associates Social Suite. Ok, so I am a bit partial here. After all, I do a fair amount of work with Debbie Bookstaber and the team at Element Associates. I consider them all to be friends.

Lucky me, I got to work the Joseph Nogucci table at the #EAEvents party, where we got to meet all the fabulous bloggers who attended, and tell them about this incredible line of jewelry. The looks on their faces as they tried on bracelets and learned more about the brand was amazing. The bloggers attending were the first to see the new Miii jewelry collection by Joseph Nogucci. Miii bracelets are crafted from semiprecious stone beads and gleaming rhodium-plated magnets designed to bring all of your bracelets together in a stack. Each Miii bracelet is meant to commemorate a milestone or memory.

Washdrops was there as well, telling everyone about their amazing product. This one is right up my alley because it is as green as can be. When we wash our cars at home the amount of water it wastes drives me crazy. Washdrops is cleaning fluid that makes at home car washing economical, and environmentally-friendly. All you need to do is add one gallon of water to one ounce of Washdrops fluid and start washing. At just about 70 cents per car, Washdrops also costs much less than taking your car to a commercial car wash. And the best part? It contains no bleaching agents or ammonias. It is even safe to pour the remainder of the bucket on a lawn or flowerbed when you are finished washing your car!

Cequent, the makers of Washdrops, also showcased their line of wiper blades that help support the fight against breast cancer. You can choose between pink wipers and black wipers with a breast cancer logo on them. With each purchase of AutoTex Pink blades, a donation is made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. You can buy them at

Smokey Bear was in attendance at the party. Did you know that he is turning 70 this year? He was there to share his birthday cake and post for photos. How can you not love Smokey? One our way to the shore we always pass a sign which reads the original saying, “Only YOU can prevent wildfires,” and I think of Smokey every time. Nine out of ten wildfires are started by humans, and to date Smokey Bear still plays an important role in educating the public. You can wish Smokey a happy birthday too by signing his online birthday card here!

And I could never forget my friend Nichole was there to represent the amazing Alex’s Lemonade Stand. The work of this organization (and Nichole’s tireless efforts) continue to amaze me. I am registered for the Alex’s Million Mile March this September in honor of Kyle, a boy from my area who passed a way from Leukemia, and his mom who works tirelessly to help other families in the Philadelphia region who have children with cancer. Other tables at the event included Wubble Ball, which adults and kids alike seemed to be enjoying equally. Cover Girl was giving manicures and makeup tips to attendees too. At the party they were showing off their new #instaGLAM collection. Author Lauren Willig was even there signing her novels!

Blogger Bash turned out to be a great event. Not only did I get to catch up with those friends, I met some fabulous people and made a few incredible connections that I look forward to strengthening in the months to come. Kudos to Joey, Stephanie, and Charlene for putting it all together. I can’t wait to see what they have in store next!
