The Ultimate Guide to Essential Oils

Essential oils are all the rage, especially if you spend any time on Pinterest. These oils are produced by distilling the oils from items found in nature, such as flowers, plants, herbs, and so on. Whether you have wondered what in the world to do with essential oils, whether you are somewhat familiar with them, or whether you have replaced the entire contents of your home with oils, it seems that there is always room to learn more.

As a bit of a dabbler with essential oils, I fall somewhere in-between all three camps. Still in the dark about their full potential, somewhat familiar with a few of them, and ready to use them for everything. Recently I started researching them again as I get ready to embark on the 3-Day Walk for Breast Cancer, wondering which ones I should apply before, during and after the day’s events.

  19. When I was cloth diapering I used essential oils (Tea tree) in my wash routine. It’s amazing how many uses essential oils have!

  23. I use a few essential oils, as directed by my sister who knows essential oils. This guide is very useful, as I would love to use more. I have a water bottle with a glass inner sleeve so that I can infuse essential oils into my water. Great info!

  30. I use them and I feel like I’m the only person who does not see the magic in them. Maybe I’m not consistent or…something? LOL. So many people I respect feel that they’ve helped them get off traditional meds… I feel like I am not using them to their fullest potential.This is a great resource.
